Editd Blog says:
Whilst the country has emerged from the global recession valiantly, the high value of its currency acts as a turn off to international buyers and carte blanche for local customers to shop from overseas. It becomes more crucial than ever for Australian brands to identify and emphasise their unique selling points in order to justify the investment.
Unique Selling Points: • Faster or cheaper (or free!) shipping • The most comprehensive product or service offering • Specialist, industry recognised or expert knowledge in your field • Fully qualified staff • X number of years offline experience • Generous/interest-free or innovative payment terms for clients
• Speciality, hand made or limited edition products
• Cheapest or most exclusive pricing • Money-back guarantee • Price match promise • Invite-only membership/registration
Going through general Unique Selling Points and I think this one is the most applicable to the outcome of my major work. I want the consumer to feel like they are buying into something really special when they buy my product. An investment piece that they can keep forever and will give them the confidence to push the boundaries of masculinity and fashion.
